Bio
Imee Buno is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) with the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. Her nearly 20 years of nursing experience includes:
- Orthopedics
- Spine orthopedics
- Fracture care
- Sports injuries
- Soft tissue injuries
- Wound and post-surgical care of joint replacement surgery
Imee believes that nursing involves caring for the patient as a whole, not just treating the condition. She strives to establish a trusting relationship with her patients.
Imee’s Training
Imee received her training in nursing at Brokenshire College in Davao City, Philippines, and in primary care and child and family health mentorship from Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford, United Kingdom. She earned a Master of Science in nursing (MSN) on the family nurse practitioner track from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois.

Imee is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is licensed as an APRN and registered nurse in Florida.
Outside of work, Imee enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting Disney theme parks and traveling. She is fluent in English, Filipino and Tagalog.

Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
