Bio
Dr. Jacqueline Babb is a fellowship-trained vascular surgeon and board-certified general surgeon with the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. Her expertise includes:

Dr. Babb wants to provide her patients with honest and open communication when discussing their healthcare needs. Her experience with her father's complex medical condition helped her realize the importance of high-quality care and ensuring patients understand the entire journey.
Dr. Babb’s Training
Dr. Babb received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, graduating summa cum laude. She earned her medical degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and completed her general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Babb is certified with the da Vinci Surgical System for minimally invasive robotic surgery. She has undergone extensive robotic general surgery training and specialized training in robotic vascular surgery.

Dr. Babb is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Her professional memberships include the American College of Surgeons, Association of Women Surgeons and Society for Vascular Surgery.
Dr. Babb has contributed research to numerous publications and presentations on topics related to vascular and general surgery.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.

Why do some Orlando Health physicians not have a patient experience rating?
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions, shown above, from our nationally-recognized Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
