Dr. Jeffrey Chi is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. He specializes in treating gastrointestinal and urologic cancers, including those of the:

- Bile duct
- Gallbladder

- Large and small bowel
- Stomach
- Esophagus
- Bladder
- Kidney
- Prostate
Dr. Chi provides compassionate care using evidence-based, precision medicine. He finds fulfillment in forming meaningful, long-lasting relationships with patients and their families while doing clinical research in this fast-moving field.
Dr. Chi’s Training
As an undergraduate, Dr. Chi studied biochemistry at Queens College, City University of New York, where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his medical degree from the Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. Dr. Chi completed his residency in internal medicine at Hofstra University in Manhasset, New York, and performed his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at the medical school’s campus in Lake Success, New York.

Dr. Chi is involved with several ongoing research studies and continues to co-author peer-reviewed articles. He is board certified in medical oncology, hematology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
His professional memberships include the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology. He is a member of Golden Key and Phi Theta Kappa honor societies.
Outside of work, Dr. Chi enjoys running, swimming, backpacking and hydroponics gardening. He is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Burmese.
