Kenneth R. Lee, MD, FACS, serves as section chief of plastic and reconstructive surgery at Orlando Health. He specializes in complex reconstruction of oncological and traumatic defects in adults and pediatric patients at Orlando Health Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery Institute. He is board certified in plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Lee received his bachelor’s and medical degrees through the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine BS/MD program in Akron. He then completed a five-year general residency with Orlando Health, serving as chief resident in his final year. He completed a second residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of South Florida Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, serving as administrative chief resident for three years.
Dr. Lee’s expertise includes microvascular reconstruction, breast reconstruction, head and neck reconstruction, vascularized lymph node transfers, pediatric plastic surgery and aesthetic surgery. Dr. Lee holds faculty positions at University of Central Florida College of Medicine and Florida State University College of Medicine. He also teaches within the Orlando Health Medical Education Department.
The author of many publications and a book chapter, Dr. Lee has presented nationally on breast reconstruction. Recently he was named a Top Doc in Plastic Surgery in Orlando magazine.
