Kristina Gandharry is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. She previously served as an adult and pediatric bone marrow transplant nurse and has been trained to care for patients receiving the following treatments:

  • Bone marrow transplants (autologous, allogeneic, cord blood and haploidentical)
  • Bispecific antibodies
  • CAR-T cell therapy
  • Acute leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome treatment
  • Extracorporeal photopheresis for the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, graft versus host disease and lung transplant rejection
  • Clinical trials

Kristina believes that caring for patients extends beyond treating the illness: It must be focused on providing a safe, holistic approach personalized to meet the needs of each individual.

Kristina’s Training

Kristina received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa and her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) from the University of West Florida in Pensacola.

Kristina is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed as a registered nurse and APRN in Florida.   

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling and shopping.
