Bio
Krystol Mascola is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and advanced oncology certified nurse practitioner (AOCNP) with Orlando Health Cancer Institute. She cares for cancer patients undergoing radiation treatment, and her expertise includes:
- Radiation oncology
- Medical oncology
- Hematology
Krystol collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, individualized care and believes in treating her patients like family.
Krystol’s Training
Krystol earned an associate degree in nursing at Excelsior College in Albany, New York, and a bachelor's degree in biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a Master of Science in nursing (MSN) with a focus on women’s health from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts.

Krystol is certified as an advanced oncology nurse practitioner by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corp. and board-certified as a women’s health nurse practitioner by National Certification Corp. She is licensed as an APRN and registered nurse in Florida.
Outside of work, Krystol enjoys spending time with her pets.

Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
