Dr. Lorraine Nadjafi is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology. She cares for patients who need interpretation of their diagnostic and breast imaging, as well as breast procedures that are guided by imaging, using:
- Ultrasound
- 3D mammograms
- Stereotactic/tomosynthesis guided procedures
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
She believes in patient-centered care: building trusted relationships with her patients so she can focus on each individual’s needs.
Dr. Nadjafi’s Training
As an undergraduate Dr. Nadjafi majored in biology and creative writing with a minor in chemistry at the University of Miami. She earned her medical degree at Drexel University in Philadelphia and completed both her residency in diagnostic radiology and her fellowship in breast imaging at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.
About Dr. Nadjafi
She is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Nadjafi is a member of the Society of Breast Imaging and the American College of Radiology. She actively promotes breast health and breast cancer awareness in both English and Spanish campaigns in Central Florida.
Outside of work, Dr. Nadjafi enjoys exercising, travel and spending time with her three children. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
