Maria Madarang is a board-certified advanced practice provider at the Orlando Health Support Team for Aftercare and Resources Outpatient Center. She has been treating patients in the Central Florida area since 2005 and provides a wide range of care, including:
- Diagnosing and treating patients
- Wound care
- Prescribing medications
- Providing patient education
- Creating treatment plans
- Conducting physical exams
Maria earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Remedios Trinidad Romualdez Medical Foundation in the Philippines. and a Master of Science in nursing education from Walden University in Minneapolis. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Additionally, Maria completed a wound, ostomy and continence nursing program at Emory University in Atlanta and a family nurse practitioner program at Indiana State University in Indianapolis.
Maria is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also certified in wound care, ostomy care and continence care.
