Mary Kate Reischmann, MD, is a board-certified pulmonologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. Specializing in diseases, conditions and injuries of the respiratory system and critical care, Dr. Reischmann treats cystic fibrosis, asthma, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and more.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida, College of Medicine in Gainesville after graduating magna cum laude from Emory University in Atlanta with a bachelor’s degree in biology and music. Dr. Reischmann then attended the University of AlabamaBirmingham, where she completed her internship and residency in internal medicine, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. While at Columbia, she served as chief fellow.
Dr. Reischmann is certified in critical care medicine, internal medicine and pulmonology and a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and American Thoracic Society.
