Dr. Meagan Acevedo is a board-certified pediatrician with Orlando Health Physician Associates. Her specialties include:

Dr. Acevedo’s Training
Dr. Acevedo received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville, graduating cum laude. She earned her master’s in medical sciences at the University of South Florida in Tampa and her medical degree at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Dr. Acevedo completed her pediatric residency at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, where she served as chief resident.
About Dr. Acevedo
Dr. Acevedo is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has published research about mental health outcomes for adolescents and has presented her work at national conferences.
A native of Orlando, she has volunteered with several community service programs, including Give Kids the World and Ronald McDonald House.
Outside of work, Dr. Acevedo enjoys spending time with family, baking and visiting Walt Disney World.

Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
