Michael Hill, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon with the Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute. He specializes in complex spinal procedures of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

In addition to his specialization in spinal surgery, Dr. Hill offers a full range of neurosurgical procedures to the area’s residents. A few of these include:

Dr. Hill’s Training
Dr. Hill earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine in Baltimore and completed a surgical internship and residency in neurological surgery at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals of Cleveland in Ohio. Following his residency, he remained at Case Western to pursue additional training in radiosurgery, linear accelerator and stereotactic surgical procedures.
About Dr. Hill
Dr. Hill is a diplomate of the American Board of Neurosurgical Surgeons and member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Lake-Sumter County Medical Society.
His many achievements include founding the first radiosurgery program in Volusia County and creating several copyrighted software programs.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Hill has many interests, including restoring old cars, SCCA racing, adopting rescue dogs, photography and outdoor activities such as bicycling and swimming. He continues to be involved in the development and design of interest of things software and hardware.
