Bio
Dr. Mohammed Ahmed is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group with experience including:
- Body Imaging
- Cardiac imaging
- Mammography
- Teleradiology
Dr. Ahmed’s Training
Dr. Ahmed received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Saint Louis University in Missouri and earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. He completed a surgery intern year at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Ahmed then went on to complete his first two years of diagnostic radiology residency at Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in Milwaukee. He finished his final years of residency at Mayo Clinic Florida in Jacksonville, where he also completed a body imaging fellowship.

Dr. Ahmed is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and licensed as a medical doctor in Florida.
His published works include research on gastrointestinal, cardiac and arthroscopic procedures and treatment. He also has co-authored a book chapter on PCL reconstruction.

Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
