Nahomy Calixte, MD, is a board-eligible urologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Urology PUR Clinic. She specializes in a wide variety of urological conditions using evidenced-based medicine as well as the latest treatment techniques.
Dr. Calixte earned her medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine and also a master’s degree from the university’s Graduate Medical Sciences program. She completed a general surgery internship and urology residency at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo and finished her training with a fellowship in urology and robotic infertility at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital.
She is a member of the Robotic Assisted Microsurgical and Endoscopic Society, American Urologic Association, and Florida Urological Society and serves as an instructor in urology at the University of Central Florida.
Additionally, Dr. Calixte is a volunteer with International Volunteers in Urology, which organizes medical trips around the world. As part of her work with this group, she has traveled to Mongolia twice to care for the medically underserved. She is fluent in English, French and Creole.
