Dr. Nina Nordin is a fellowship-trained vascular surgeon with Orlando Health Medical Group FHV Health. Her areas of expertise include:
- Abdominal aortic aneurysm
- Carotid artery disease
- Chronic venous insufficiency
- Dialysis access
- Lower extremity revascularization and in-office treatment
Dr. Nordin treats her patients with compassion, like she would want her family to be treated. She believes she can relate well to patients after helping care for her father following his heart attack.
Dr. Nordin’s Training
Dr. Nordin studied pre-medical sciences at International Medical University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She received her medical training from McGill University School of Medicine in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Dr. Nordin completed her residency in general surgery at Yale University’s Waterbury Hospital in Connecticut, where she served as chief resident in her final year. She completed a fellowship in vascular surgery at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Nordin is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and has a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation certificate from the Alliance for Physician Verification & Advancement.
Outside of work, she enjoys kickboxing, cooking, and going to the beach with her husband and son. She is fluent in English and Malay.
