Patrick Gill, MD, is an internal medicine physician specializing in clinical densitometry with Orlando Health Medical Group Internal and Family Medicine. Dr. Gill is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and International Society for Clinical Densitometry. He uses a variety of advanced, non-invasive diagnostic and screening tests that measure bone density to determine bone strength and the likelihood of bones fracturing with little or no trauma. These tests are used to diagnosis and monitor patients with osteoporosis, spinal abnormalities, bone loss and more.
Dr. Gill earned his medical degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee and his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville, graduating cum laude. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte and is a member of several professional societies, including the International Society for Clinical Densitometry, American College of Physicians, and Society of General Internal Medicine.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Gill is a frequent volunteer. He has raised funds and built playgrounds for pediatric patients with cancer, participated in a medical mission trip to Nicaragua, and provided postpartum care to new mothers through a community health program.
