Regan D. Rostorfer, MD, graduated magna cum laude with his bachelors of science degree in biological sciences from the Honors college at the University of South Florida, and his doctoral degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Orlando Health, where he was on several quality committees and served as chief resident. He completed his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando, where he was involved in several research projects, quality committees, and served as chief fellow.
He was named Fellow of the Year his senior year.
Dr. Rostorfer is involved in clinical research as a member of the institutional review board. He also serves as principle investigator and sub-investigator in numerous clinical protocols. Dr. Rostorfer is also involved in teaching fellows, resident physicians, and medical students. He is assistant professor of medicine for Florida State University College of Medicine and for the University Of Central Florida College Of Medicine.
Dr. Rostorfer is board-certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, American College of Physicians, and American Medical Association.
