Dr. Riffat Qureshi is a board-certified psychiatrist with Orlando Health Medical Group Behavioral Health. She provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents and adults in inpatient and outpatient capacities. Dr. Qureshi has been offering psychiatric help in Central Florida since 1998, and her expertise includes:

Dr. Qureshi’s Training
Dr. Qureshi earned her medical degree from Fatima Jinnah Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed residencies in psychiatry at Winnebago Mental Health Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
About Dr. Qureshi
Dr. Qureshi is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and licensed as a medical doctor by the Florida Department of Health.
Her research work includes gender differences and parental help seeking in psychiatry patients, domestic violence and psychopathology in children, and adolescent suicidal ER patients.
Since 2007, she has taught third-year medical students during their psychiatry rotations in an outpatient setting as a clinical assistant professor with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando.
Outside of work, Dr. Qureshi enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
