Rita Baroudi is a certified family nurse practitioner in clinical cardiac electrophysiology with the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. Her specialties include:
- Diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal heart rhythms
- Testing the electrical activity of patients’ hearts
- Caring for cardiology patients
- Coordinating with cardiovascular surgeons
- Educating and communicating with families
Rita takes pride in providing compassionate care and treating each patient as if they were one of her loved ones. She was inspired to become a nurse practitioner when she worked in the intensive care unit at Cleveland Clinic and saw the difference nurses made in the bedside care of patients.
Rita’s Training
Rita received a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from Florida International University in Miami. She earned a bachelor’s degree and her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) from the University of Miami in Coral Gables.

Rita is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is licensed in Florida as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN).
Rita is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nurses.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English and Arabic.
