Rupa Narine is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) with the Orlando Health Digestive Health Institute, specializing in the care of gastroenterology patients. Her expertise includes:
- Providing direct patient care
- Creating managed care plans
- Assessing and diagnosing conditions
- Performing advanced intensive care procedures
- Providing follow-up care
- Educating nursing students in clinical care
She enjoys interacting with her patients and providing them with the knowledge and tools to manage and optimize their health.
Rupa earned her master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner track, at South University in Savannah, Georgia. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Western Governors University in Salt Lake City.
Rupa is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and in critical care by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She is licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and as a registered nurse in Florida.
Rupa is a member of Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society.
Outside of work, she volunteers with her church and enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with her family and being outdoors with her three children.
