Bio
Dr. Samir Bhatti is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging. He uses medical imaging devices to look inside the body to diagnose illnesses and conditions and recommend treatment.
Specializing in abdominal radiology, Dr. Bhatti is skilled in imaging procedures including:
- Ultrasound
- Computed tomography (CT)
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
He believes that understanding his patients’ social, mental and physical well-being enables him to provide the best possible care.
Dr. Bhatti’s Training
Dr. Bhatti earned his bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies at the University of Texas in Arlington and received his master’s degree in medical sciences from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. He earned his degree in osteopathic medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Bhatti completed his general surgery residency at the University of Illinois Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago and his diagnostic radiology residency at AMITA Health St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. Dr. Bhatti continued his training with his fellowship in abdominal imaging at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora.

Dr. Bhatti is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. His professional memberships include the American Roentgen Ray Society, RAD-AID International, Society of Abdominal Radiology, Society for Advanced Body Imaging and Radiological Society of North America.
Dr. Bhatti has served as the co-principal investigator in several research studies. He is fluent in English and Urdu.
