Dr. Siloe Alvarado is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Orlando Health Physician Associates. She cares for adult patients and her expertise includes:
- Providing preventive medicine
- Managing acute and chronic conditions and illnesses
- Offering patient education
Dr. Alvarado also is a board-certified nephrologist, skilled in diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions and diseases related to the kidneys.
Dr. Alvarado’s Training
She attended college and medical school in Puerto Rico. Dr. Alvarado studied molecular cell biology at the University of Puerto Rico’s Rio Piedras campus and earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan, graduating magna cum laude from both institutions. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School - Baystate in Springfield and her fellowship in nephrology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
About Dr. Alvarado
Before joining Orlando Health, she served as an assistant professor of medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Alvarado also has provided virtual healthcare.
She is double board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
