Bio
Dr. Timothy Jenkins is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology. He uses minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions and specializes in musculoskeletal magnetic resonance imaging. His expertise also includes:
- Computed tomography
- Full body MRI
- Prostate MRI
- Nuclear radiology
- X-ray
- Ultrasound
- Biopsy
- Bone marrow aspiration
- Preoperative and intraoperative localization of masses
- Kyphoplasty for spinal compression fractures
Dr. Jenkins draws on more than 25 years of experience reading and interpreting the results of radiologic testing. He believes in protecting patient data and strives to produce timely and accurate reports.
Dr. Jenkins’ Training
Dr. Jenkins graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he also received his medical degree. He completed residencies in general surgery at Ohio State University in Columbus and in radiology at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Dr. Jenkins also completed an MRI fellowship at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.

He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. His professional memberships include the Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society and American College of Radiology.
Outside of work, Dr. Jenkins enjoys pickleball, fishing and Broadway shows.
