Bio
Dr. Trina Espinola is a board-certified otolaryngologist head and neck surgeon with Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Medical Group. She diagnoses and treats adult and pediatric patients with issues related to the ears, nose, throat, head and neck.
She uses the latest medical and surgical treatment and technology available, including minimally invasive treatment options.
Dr. Espinola is an Assistant Vice President for Orlando Health and serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital.
Dr. Espinola’s Training
Dr. Espinola graduated with honors and received her bachelor’s degree from Newcomb College at Tulane University in New Orleans. She earned her medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine. Dr. Espinola completed her post-doctoral training in general surgery and otolaryngology head and neck surgery at several Tulane-affiliated hospitals.

Dr. Espinola is a fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery. Her other professional memberships include the American Medical Association, American Medical Women’s Association and American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
Dr. Espinola has given presentations on topics such as thyroid cancer management and diseases of the ear, nose and throat. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
