Wendy Joseph is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) with Orlando Health Physician Associates, specializing in adult medicine. She has cared for patients in Central Florida since 2007 and has expertise in:
- Performing physical exams
- Disease prevention
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
- Formulating treatment plans
- Collaborating with team members on patient care
Wendy’s Training
Wendy received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She earned both her Master of Science in nursing with a concentration in nursing education (MSN/Ed) and her doctor of nursing practice (DNP) from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
Wendy obtained post-master’s certificates as a family nurse practitioner from UCF and as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Florida State University in Tallahassee.
About Wendy
Wendy is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and founder and president of the Haitian American Nurses Association of Orlando, Inc. Wendy also serves as adjunct faculty at Valencia College in Orlando, where she earned her initial degree in nursing.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and volunteering.
Wendy is fluent in English and Haitian Creole.
