Bio
Dr. Yasmin Mohiuddin is a fellowship-trained geriatrics specialist with the Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute. Her specialties include:
- Geriatrics
- Cognitive impairment
- Memory disorders
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Dementia
Dr. Mohiuddin enjoys direct patient care and developing lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Dr. Mohiuddin’s Training
Dr. Mohiuddin received her bachelor’s degree in microbiology and her master’s degree in medical science from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She earned her degree in osteopathic medicine at the University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville. Dr. Mohiuddin completed a family medicine residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, where she served as chief resident in her final year, and a fellowship in geriatric medicine at UF.

Dr. Mohiuddin is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians, with qualifications in geriatric medicine, and by the Florida Osteopathic Board of Medicine.
She has served as a clinical assistant professor with a focus on geriatric medicine for the UF neurology department.

Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
