  Join our Writer-in-Residence the third Wednesday of every month from 10:00 am – 11:00 am am to write. Learn about the benefits of expressive writing and spend some time putting your thoughts on paper. No prior experience is necessary.

• Craft N’ Chat

  Various crafting topics are presented by local experts, businesses, and groups. Craft topics vary, but are always easy to make. Join us for lighthearted company and friendly conversations. We offer instruction for those who want to learn a new skill. Beginner crafters are always welcome!

• Tree of Earrings

  Our Tree of Earrings is all about giving and receiving. If you're a cancer patient, we invite you to pick out a pair of earrings to wear and enjoy. You can also learn how to make these lovely earrings and join us for Jewelry 101! If you would like to donate any beads or jewelry that can be turned into earrings, please bring them to guest services or the CSC.

• Jewelry 101!

  Come and learn how to make bead dangly earrings weekly and other simple jewelry once a month! Take home a pair of earrings for yourself and make other pairs to donate to hang on the earring trees around the Cancer Center for other patients. Stop by for 15 minutes or the whole hour! An activity dedicated to patients, caregivers, and staff. If you would like to donate any beads or jewelry that can be turned into earrings, please bring them to guest services or the Integrative Medicine program.

• Intro to Yoga

  This 60-minute class is for those who are curious about yoga. You’ll learn the vocabulary, poses, techniques, and health benefits that yoga offers.

• Return to Wellness

  This series helps cancer survivors make the transition from active cancer treatment to post-treatment care.

• The Inspiration Choir

  An informal singing group for those interested in having fun! No prior singing or choir experience necessary at 11 am on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. Hosted by the Central Florida Community Arts http://cfcarts.com/.
