Pediatric Neurosurgery Clinical Observership Program

The Clinical Observership Program provides domestic and international observers the ability to follow our highly skilled neurosurgeons for up to 60 days. This program is a “no hands on” patient contact and must be with the Sponsoring Medical Staff Member throughout the duration of the Observership program. During this program, observers will be able to:

  • Witness some of the most complex neurosurgical fetal and pediatric cases in our operating rooms.
  • Attend patient care and evaluation in an outpatient setting.
  • Engage in daily patient rounds where treatment of care is determined for patients with multiple levels of acuity.
  • Exposure to a multidisciplinary approach to complex cases with numerous neuroscience specialties.

Eligibility

Eligible candidates include neurosurgery physicians, fellows, residents, medical students, and college students interested in neurosurgery.
