We know that coming to a hospital can be overwhelming. By knowing what to expect, you and your family can feel reassured and more at ease.
We encourage all our patients and guests to park in the parking lot west of the building. The main entrance is located on the west side of the building. You can also take advantage of the valet service.
Our main entrance is open daily from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm. Our visitation policy is open, without specific hours, so families can support their loved ones. The Emergency Department does limit visitors to 2 per patient.
Our cafeteria is open daily from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm, offering a variety of meal and snack options to accommodate our patients, visitors and staff.
Concord Coffee Shop is open 5:30 to 8:00 pm daily.
When you arrive you will be greeted by security and proceed through their check point. After entering the main lobby you will check-in at our front desk. Our guest services team will be able to direct you to the right place and provide more information at that time.
If you are a patient coming for a procedure, please bring the following:
- List of all current medications, including over-the-counter, herbal and supplements
- List of dosages, when they are taken and the last dose taken
- Primary care physician’s name and contact information
- List of known allergies and medication reactions
- List of medical conditions
- List of surgeries
- Contact information for family or friends
- Pharmacy name, address and phone number
- Insurance card
- Social security card
