The Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute’s eighth annual symposium, “Bringing Innovation to Life,” was held October 1, 2022, at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando and proved to be another successful premier event featuring presentations, exhibits and updates on the institute. The symposium provided a focused update on topics of importance to primary care practitioners, ranging from primary care prevention strategies to post-cardiovascular hospitalization management. Attendees — including family practice physicians, internal medicine physicians and advanced practice providers — were provided valuable information that will translate to their practices with the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based medicine in the management of cardiovascular disease.
