In her role as manager of quality process improvement and patient safety at Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute, Stephani Campion leads patient experience initiatives and serves as a liaison to enhance regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Stephani joined Orlando Health in 2017, serving in various research roles at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and progressing to clinical quality project manager at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies.

Stephani earned a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and microbiology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Stephani volunteers with several community organizations and is very active in the Central Florida chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, where she has held a number of leadership positions, including chair of the Women in Healthcare Leadership Symposium.
