Visitor Information

From the moment you step through our doors, you will experience a seamless and welcoming environment tailored to enhance your healthcare journey. With an emphasis on comfort, convenience and accessibility, our newly refurbished lobby aims to elevate your experience from the very first point of contact.
Patient Registration services are available Monday through Friday, from 5:00am to 5:00pm.
- East Entrance: Please use the East Entrance Monday – Friday for rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft.
- West Entrance: The West Entrance can be used for entering the hospital for both patients and visitors. Patient Registration will be located in the West Lobby. Please use the West Entrance for rideshare services on Saturday and Sunday.
As you prepare for your visit to our hospital, we encourage all patients and guests to utilize the West Parking Garage or take advantage of our valet services for the most convenient access to our facilities.
When it's time for your loved ones to be discharged, please arrange to pick them up from the West Entrance.
We are pleased to offer free valet services for your convenience. Our dedicated valet team is here to assist you during the following hours:
- Emergency Room (ER): Available 24/7
- Orlando Health Center for Women and Babies: Available 24/7
- Medical Plaza: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pmWest Entrance: Monday – Friday, 5:00 am – 8:00 pm
- James Heart Center: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Visitors are an important part of the healing process, and family members and friends are encouraged to visit. Visitation hours in the inpatient units are from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. There is no restriction to visitation hours in the Emergency Department.
Patients are allowed up to two visitors at one time, depending upon clinical condition or treatment in progress. Additional visitors may wait in the waiting area or general areas of the facility. One minor may accompany an adult as the second visitor unless the clinical condition of the patient or treatments in progress are not appropriate for a minor to be present, as determined by the clinical team.

Our tobacco-free policy is intended to create a healthier environment for everyone who comes to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, whether as a patient, visitor or team member. All designated smoking areas have been eliminated and the use of all tobacco products (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, pipes, vapes, etc.) is prohibited both inside the hospital buildings and on the campus.
Medical Education
Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital is committed to advancing medical education through residency and fellowship training. Our programs combine clinical experience, research, and patient-centered care to prepare the next generation of physicians. We offer residency programs in Family Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology, as well as a Sports Medicine fellowship.
