If you wish to register in person, the Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital Admitting/Outpatient Registration office is open Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 6:30 pm and Saturday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. Due to COVID-19, the Gift Shop at Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital is temporarily closed.
If you would like to find a little something special for a friend or loved one in the hospital, the Gift Shop at Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital offers a wide assortment of gift and personal items, with new products daily.
Located in the main hallway of the hospital directly across from the elevators, the Gift Shop is open daily. Our friendly staff of Auxiliary Volunteers will be happy to help with all your shopping needs.

Physician Billing Information
During your care at Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital, you may receive services from various medical providers. You will receive a separate billing from some of these medical providers, such as ER physicians, anesthesiologists, radiologists and pathologists. Please contact them directly if you have any questions concerning those bills you receive.
Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital provides CareNotify ™, a messaging system designed to help keep you informed about your care while you are in the hospital. It also provides discharge instructions to help you care for yourself once you are home.
If you provided a smartphone number or email address at registration (or we have them on file), you will receive a welcome text or email message from CareNotify, and subsequent messages as needed. Upon discharge from the hospital, CareNotify will send a message with a link to view your post-care summary and educational content about your condition(s). In addition to direct communication via text or email, CareNotify also offers a Patient Portal — a secure, online hub for your personal health information.

Our hospital and providers now support Health Records on iPhone, which brings together hospitals, clinics and the existing Apple Health app to make it easy for you to see available medical data from multiple healthcare providers. To request copies of medical records/health information for care received at Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital, please call Orlando Health St. Cloud at (407) 498-3314 and ask for the “Authorization for Release, Use and Disclosure of Health Records” medical record request form. You can also request medical records within the Patient Portal. You will need to bring the completed form and a photo ID to the hospital in order to obtain your records.
