Robert "Bob" Levesque, LCSW

Bob Levesque, LCSW is an EAP Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from FSU. He is trained in brain-based interventions to bring quick relief to recent or long-held traumas. He also has particular interest in couples therapy, helping team members and their partners increase their emotional connection. His passion is to help team members become unstuck from past or present struggles, and in this space of increased freedom provide care for others from a source that is compassionate and resilient.

He is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Rapid Resolution of Trauma (RRT), and Clinical Hypnotherapy. He uses Emotion Freedom Techniques (EFT) for quick resolution of anxieties, fears, and phobias. He has also been trained under 2 leading relationship experts, John Gottman, PhD, The Gottman Institute, and Sue Johnson, PhD, Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples.

In his free time Bob enjoys family, fire pits, arm-chair philosophy, the Mandalorian, and all things food and music.  

 


Dorcas

Dorcas M. Cepeda, MA, MA, LMHC

Dorcas Maria Cepeda, MA, MA, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 19 years of counseling experience, in private practice, EAP and community Mental Health. She earned two master’s degrees from Reformed Theological Seminary, in Oviedo, FL, in Counseling and in Biblical Studies. Dorcas’ obtained a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from St. John University in Queens, NY. Dorcas comes to the counseling profession with experiences in the Mortgage Finance field, the Business Accounting field and office Administration in the Mental Health field as a practice administrator.

Dorcas believes that in life’s journey we experience personal and relational challenges that steal our hope and peace. Her counseling philosophy is to help restore hope by creating a safe and compassionate place to discover pathways to freedom and growth. She does this by identifying and affirming existing strengths and clarifying areas for personal growth. She is also able to incorporate a Christian worldview and Christian Spirituality into counseling sessions, upon the client’s request. Dorcas is also bilingual and able to conduct counseling sessions in both English and Spanish.

Dorcas enjoys working with Individuals, families and children. Her training has prepared her to work with children ages 6 to 99, families in crisis and couple’s therapy. Themes and issues she works with include, work related stress, anger management, depression, anxiety, work life balance, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, stress management, trauma, boundaries, domestic abuse, compassion fatigue and burnout, child and adolescent behavior issues…etc. Dorcas loves hospitality and entertaining others, likes to travel, enjoys live music, loves attending live theater performances and the Magic games.
