Anjali Vyas, MD

Vice President, Orlando Health; President, Orlando Health Physician Associates

As president of Orlando Health Physician Associates, Dr. Anjali Vyas oversees the primary care arm of Orlando Health and more than 150 physicians.

She is a board-certified internal medicine physician with essential experience as both a practicing physician and a healthcare executive. Her areas of expertise include physician engagement, clinical program development and process improvement.

Anjali began her career as a hospitalist and medical director with Physicians Hospitalist Partners, where she saw patients at Orlando Health facilities. She also served as CEO of one of the first accountable care organizations in Central Florida, beginning in 2012.

She earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College (Nashville) and completed her residency in internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine (Houston). She received her MBA from the University of Florida (Gainesville). Her professional memberships include the American Medical Association, the National Association of ACOs (board member 2014-2015), the American College of Physician Advisors and the Medical Group Management Association.
