Charbel Salamon, MD, MBA, MS, is president of primary care and multi-specialty services for Orlando Health. In this role, he serves as president of Orlando Health Physician Associates and the Orlando Health Medical Group women’s service line.

A dual board-certified urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon, Charbel previously served as chief of the Orlando Health Center for Urogynecology, where he led impressive growth that significantly increased access to care across Central Florida. Prior to joining Orlando Health, Charbel’s career included leadership roles at Atlantic Health System in northern New Jersey, where he expanded urogynecology and robotic surgery services and served as fellowship program director in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery.

As a respected academic and clinical leader, he has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. Charbel earned his medical degree from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, completed an OB-GYN residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, and pursued fellowship training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New Jersey. He holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a master’s in clinical research organization and management from Drexel University.
