Chris Thibault

Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute

As assistant vice president of Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute, Chris Thibault directs the institute’s operational teams and develops strategies for growth, expansion and development. In his more than a decade of previous clinical and business healthcare experience, Chris acquired outstanding leadership skills and a creative ability to collaborate with team members and physicians to accomplish strategic goals.

Chris most recently served as senior director of centralized staffing for Orlando Health corporate nursing. He joined Orlando Health in 2012 as a clinical orthopedic specialist at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center, later becoming the director of acute care rehabilitation. Chris began his career as a staff physical therapist for the Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus in Rochester, Minnesota.

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth, a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and an MBA from the University of Florida. He has served as a mentor in the Orlando Health Emerging Leader Program and was a member of the Orlando Business Journal’s class of 2022 “40 Under 40,” which recognizes Central Florida’s next generation of business leaders.
