Colleen Harper

Vice President, Human Resources

As vice president of Human Resources, Colleen Harper leads and supports team member recruitment, engagement and retention. She provides executive leadership and strategic direction to ensure the vision and advancement of human resources is in alignment with system strategies that drive business outcomes and support organizational growth.

Colleen joined Orlando Health in 2022 as senior director of human resources for the South Florida Region, having acquired more than 30 years of human resources and talent development expertise in the hospitality and retail industries. Colleen was previously head of talent and culture for HairClub, where she served as an advisor to the company’s CEO and chief strategy officer. She also held leadership roles at Auberge Resorts Collection, Travel + Leisure, and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where she collectively managed human resources, training and leadership development across resort, culinary and merchandise operations sectors.

Colleen earned a bachelor’s in hospitality administration from Florida State University in Tallahassee and is a certified Gallup strengths coach.
