Jennifer Stoeke

Jennifer joined Orlando Health in 2002 as a frontline nurse for the women’s unit at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies. During her 12-year tenure, she was promoted to nursing operations manager within the same unit and led the team to achieve the highest performing patient experience scores at Orlando Health by maintaining top 10% patient experience for six consecutive years.

In 2014, Jennifer took on the role of patient care administrator at Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, where during her tenure there had executive leadership oversight of inpatient and emergency room nursing and responsibility for strategic planning, quality initiatives and team engagement. Jennifer has also twice served as interim chief nursing officer for Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips, providing her with valuable executive leadership experience for her new role.

Jennifer earned a bachelor’s in nursing from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s in nursing from Walden University. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
