Jessica Reid, MBA, BSN, RN, NE-BC, CCRN, PCCN-K

Jessica Reid is the vice president of Care Delivery and Practice Transformation at Orlando Health. She serves as a key executive leader responsible for driving system-wide standardization of care delivery to reduce clinical and operational variability, enhance patient experience, and improve performance in clinical care delivery and patient experience.

Prior to this role, Jessica served as the assistant vice president of Clinical and Operational Effectiveness, where she led the standardization of business processes, evidence-based practices, and improvement opportunities to ensure exceptional outcomes and service. Jessica joined Orlando Health in 2014 as an ICU nurse at Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, advancing to critical care nursing director and cardiovascular service line manager. She also worked as a trauma nurse at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center for seven years and served as the chief nursing officer of Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital, overseeing the hospital’s nursing vision, strategic direction, and delivery of care.

Jessica earned a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Walden University. She is board-certified as a nurse executive and holds certifications as a critical care registered nurse (CCRN) and progressive care knowledge professional (PCCN-K). Jessica also earned a bachelor’s in earth and space science education from the Florida Institute of Technology.
