Jessica Reid, MBA, BSN, RN, NE-BC, CCRN, PCCN-K

Jessica Reid, MBA, BSN, RN, NE-BC, CCRN, PCCN-K, serves as assistant vice president of clinical and operational effectiveness at Orlando Health. In this role, Jessica will lead the standardization of business processes, evidence-based practices and improvement opportunities to deliver exceptional outcomes and service. Prior to this role, she served as chief nursing officer of Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital, overseeing the hospital’s nursing vision, strategic direction and delivery of care. She was with Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital since 2014, beginning as an ICU nurse and advancing to critical care nursing director and cardiovascular service line manager. She also worked as a trauma nurse at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center for seven years.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Walden University. She is board certified as a nurse executive and holds certifications as a critical care registered nurse (CCRN) and progressive care knowledge professional (PCCN-K).

Committed to nursing excellence, Jessica has served in professional organizations as a Beacon Award for Excellence application reviewer with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and as a state lead in initiatives for reductions in hospital-acquired infections with the Florida Hospital Association. Jessica also previously earned a bachelor’s degree in earth and space science education from the Florida Institute of Technology.
