Joe Delatorre is chief executive officer of Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health, where he has served since its inception in 1993. With a proven leadership track record of driving business and growth for the clinic of more than 500 providers and 2,500 team members, Joe has a reputation for embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and growth.

Joe will also be president of the new Wesley Chapel hospital, currently under construction in the Wiregrass Ranch community. Scheduled to open in 2026 as a 102-bed hospital with the capacity to expand to 300 beds, the hospital will provide emergency and inpatient care for residents in Pasco and northern Hillsborough counties.

Previously, Joe served as CEO of Humana Woman’s Hospital of Tampa and CEO of Humana Hospital Pasco, where he was recognized for his work in physician leadership and development, quality of care improvement and strategic operations. Joe earned a bachelor’s, MBA and Master of Health Sciences from the University of Florida.
