Joseph Williams

Chief Strategy Officer

Joseph Williams is responsible for identifying and developing strategic growth initiatives across the Orlando Health Inc. system. As chief strategy officer, Joseph also supports the allocation of strategic investment capital while managing the organization’s ongoing planning process, including market and competitive analysis, business performance optimization and business development.

Since joining Orlando Health in 2014 as director of corporate strategy, he has held progressive executive leadership positions, most recently serving as senior vice president of strategic planning. Prior to Orlando Health, Joseph held multiple strategic planning and business development roles at General Electric.

He earned a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and a master’s in healthcare management from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
