Joel Riemenschneider

Assistant Vice President, Ambulatory Operations

Joel Riemenschneider serves as assistant vice president of ambulatory operations where he is responsible for leading the clinical, quality, patient experience and operational performance of selected Orlando Health service lines.

Previously, Joel served as senior director of ambulatory operations for the organization, managing multiple outpatient rehabilitation sites and developing plans for new clinic locations. Joel joined Orlando Health in 2018 as supervisor of outpatient rehabilitation, where he developed a sports physical therapy residency program, achieved impressive increases in patient volumes and grew community outreach events. Prior to joining Orlando Health, Joel spent eight years as lead physical therapist and clinic director for two physical therapy providers in Illinois.

Joel earned a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Illinois, an MBA in healthcare management from Western Governors University, and a doctorate in physical therapy from Midwestern University.
