John Michael Eargle

As its chief operating officer, John Michael Eargle drives operational performance and leads strategic initiatives for Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC).

John Michael joined Orlando Health with more than 18 years of leadership experience, previously serving as enterprise vice president for system service lines for Sentara Health in Virginia. He also held prior leadership roles in the Ascension health system.

John Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.
