Justin R. Williams

Justin Williams is president of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. He joined Orlando Health in 2019 as chief operating officer of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital and assistant vice president of Orlando Health, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, physician and team member engagement, and strategic initiative development and implementation.

Prior to joining Orlando Health, Justin served for more than a decade at University Hospitals in Ohio, where he was director of operations at UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, responsible for growth and operational oversight of multiple pediatric service lines, as well as implementing business strategies to expand women’s and children’s medical service lines in the Cleveland market.

Justin earned a bachelor’s and MBA from Kent State University. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), having served as regional executive, chapter president and chairman of the board. Justin also serves on the board of A Gift for Teaching, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida and Runway to Hope.
