Kayann Moo Young

Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health; Chief Financial Officer, Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children

Kayann Moo Young is chief financial officer of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and assistant vice president of Orlando Health. She is responsible for the financial operations of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital, including financial leadership, capital planning and strategic development.

Since joining Orlando Health in 2016, Kayann has held progressive finance positions in various areas of the system, including Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies and Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center. She most recently served as senior director of finance with Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital.

Kayann is a certified public accountant. Prior to joining Orlando Health, she worked in audit and assurance services with Ernst & Young in Orlando. 

She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, both from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative, and an active mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida.
