Louise Philp

Louise Philp leads initiatives, processes and policies that ensure exceptional patient care and support our nursing and clinical teams.

Louise began her nursing career at Orlando Health in 1995 as a frontline nurse in the neuroscience unit at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC). Over the years, she has held leadership positions across multiple specialties. Most recently, she served as associate chief nursing officer at Orlando Health ORMC, overseeing catheterization labs, cardiovascular services, including ECMO and VAD, and the medicine service lines.

Louise earned a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Phoenix and a master’s in health services administration from the University of St. Francis. She is certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced and as a Critical Care Nurse. An active member of the professional community, Louise is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Society of Critical Care Medicine and American Organization of Nurse Executives. She also serves on the board of the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando.
