Mallory Reed, RN, BSN, MHA

Mallory Reed, RN, BSN, MHA, is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, business development, physician recruitment and human resources for Orlando Health Medical Group. As part of the leadership team, Mallory also provides input on strategy and prioritization to ensure alignment with the Orlando Health strategic imperatives.

Since joining Orlando Health in 2015, Mallory has held progressive leadership positions, most recently as the senior director of business development for Orlando Health Medical Group. She also has led acquisitions, value-based care initiatives and home health operations. Prior to becoming an administrator, Mallory worked bedside as a pediatric home health nurse.

Mallory earned both her bachelor’s degree in nursing and master’s degree in health administration from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She also is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and a graduate of Leadership Orlando and Orlando Health Emerging Leaders programs.

She serves on the board for Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors and has been involved in community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, House of Hope and American Heart Association’s Kids Cook Challenge.
