Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer – Hospitals

Mallory Reed partners with Orlando Health executives to develop and implement strategic plans across the health system, with a focus on hospital operations. She also provides executive oversight of system capital approval, hospital-based physician group contracting and laboratory operations.

Previously, Mallory served as assistant vice president and chief administrative officer for Orlando Health Medical Group, where she oversaw physician recruitment, human resources and strategic projects. She joined Orlando Health in 2015 as home health program manager and held progressive leadership roles in business development for value-based care and Orlando Health Medical Group. Prior to joining Orlando Health, Mallory worked as a pediatric home health nurse.

Mallory earned a bachelor’s in nursing and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Florida. She serves as board vice president for the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors.
