Michael V. Jablonski, MD

Michael Jablonski, MD, senior vice president, Orlando Health, serves as the president of the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute and the Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute. As president, he spearheads strategic initiatives to enhance the missions of both institutes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional orthopedic and neuroscience care. Dr. Jablonski began his career as an orthopedic surgeon at the then-named Jewett Orthopaedic Clinic in 2001 and played a pivotal role in the successful merger of the clinic with Orlando Health in 2020.

Dr. Jablonski earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, followed by a fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Alabama. Over his more than 20 years of experience, he has earned many appointments, including team physician for the Orlando Magic and the University of Central Florida. He was also appointed Chief Medical Officer for the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games.

Dr. Jablonski was pivotal in establishing the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute Downtown Complex, which features the first dedicated orthopedic hospital in Florida. In his role as president of both institutes, he continues to play a key role in leading the expansion and patient care collaboration of both entities.
