Mike Stubee

Vice President, Payor Strategy

In his role as vice president of payor strategy, Mike Stubee develops strategic plans for health plans, employers and networks and serves as the strategist for all contract negotiations. With more than 30 years of healthcare business experience, Mike is a proven leader in market-based strategy analysis and negotiating value-based agreements, successfully cultivating strategic partnerships with health systems, physicians and payors.

Mike joined Orlando Health in 2016 as assistant vice president of managed care, where he focused on strategic pricing, revenue protection and business development during his five-year tenure. Prior to joining Orlando Health, Mike worked in managed care for UF Health in Gainesville and Jacksonville and held finance, marketing and collections positions with healthcare organizations throughout Central Florida.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
