Susan Dolezal, MBA-HCM, BSN, RN, is chief nursing officer for Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital, providing leadership for activities, processes and policies that support high-quality patient care for nursing and other clinical teams. Currently under construction in Wesley Chapel, Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital is scheduled to open in 2026 as a 102-bed hospital with the capacity to expand to 300 beds. The hospital will provide emergency and inpatient care for residents in Pasco and northern Hillsborough counties.

Susan brings more than 35 years of clinical nursing experience and 20 years of executive leadership experience to her role, serving as the chief nursing officer at multiple hospitals in Florida and Arizona. She earned a bachelor’s in nursing from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska, and an MBA in healthcare management (HCM) from the University of Phoenix.
